Why do you want to know my e-mail address?
Your email address serves as the main way for us to uniquely identify you. Registering with your email address will allow you to view your order status, view your order history, change your personal information on file, and voluntarily receive our online newsletter.
Why do you want to know my name and street address?
As a retail store, we need your real name and street address in order to send you our products.
What other information do you keep track of, about me?
If enabled on your home computer, the store will place a small cookie on your computer, which will help the store remember you and create a more personalized experience. In addition, when you visit the site, it may automatically collect some statistics about your visit.
How do you use this information?
Cookies stored on your home computer will personalize your experience at our store.
Statistical information collected by our web host is used by us exclusively to determine things such as the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, store arrangement effectiveness, and product popularity.
Your personal information and account is used to track your purchases for promotion eligibility, to have a location to send product, and to allow you access to your account history.
Do you share my information with other companies?
Your personal information is never shared outside of the company. It is used exclusively by Cascade Wild. We will never sell or otherwise share your personal information with any third party. The only exceptions to this rule are if we are subpoenaed or otherwise legally forced to share said information.

What do you do if one of your employees violates my privacy? How do you protect the privacy of my e-mails to your customer support team?
Cascade Wild is a two-member LLC. Jim Hamel and Jennifer Wadkins are the only persons with access to your personal information and the only persons to view and respond to customer support emails.
Can I see and change the information you have about me, personally?
Once you have made an account, you may freely edit all of the information that we keep on file.
How can I start or stop receiving e-mail from you?
Emails related to your purchases, and updates about your purchases, can only be avoided by not making future purchases. Newsletters will only be sent to you if you opt-in to our newsletter when making a purchase. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of a newsletter received in your email box, or by selecting the Unsubscribe option on the main page of the store
