SORRY, NO LONGER AVAILABLE.  If you plan to do much food preparation, protect your table from sharp knives by adding an Accessory Cutting Board made of food-grade HDPE (high density polyethylene) plastic.  Comes in two sizes:  Original (5.5 by 7.5 inch, 0.5 oz) and Large (6.5 by 8.25 inch, 0.7 oz) and two colors:  Natural (transluscent) and Yellow.

If preparing gourmet backcountry meals is your passion, protect the surface of your Cascade Wild table with an accessory cutting board.  The Cascade Wild accessory cutting board comes in two sizes and two colors and is made of food-grade HDPE (high density polyethylene).  It is thin, flexible, and the rounded corners mean it won’t snag other gear if you shove it into a teeny crevice in your pack. Or, you can store the cutting board in your Cascade Wild table (when you pull it back out, bend it back the opposite way).  With pressure, a sharp knife may leave cosmetic marks but won’t affect the structural integrity of the high-density plastic.
