If you plan to do much food preparation, protect your table from sharp knives by adding an Accessory Cutting Board made of food-grade HDPE (high density polyethylene) plastic.  Comes in two sizes:  Original (5.5 by 7.5 inch, 0.5 oz) and Large (6.5 by 8.25 inch, 0.7 oz) and two colors:  Natural (transluscent) and Yellow.
