Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is calculated on package weight and all shipments are sent via the US Postal Service.  To get a shipping estimate place an item in the shopping cart, then the shopping cart page gives you the opportunity to enter your location and get a quote.  We do not add any shipping or handling charge; the charge to you is exactly the amount we pay to ship your order.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Our customer service and return policy is the golden rule:  we treat customers the way WE would want to be treated if WE were the buyer.  If you are not completely satisfied, please email us at cascadewild@cascadewild.com to request a return, refund or replacement; please include information to help identify your order.  Our sincere goal is to have only satisfied customers, and to treat customers as we would want to be treated if the roles were reversed.

Cascade Wild currently accepts payment via Paypal, Credit Card or Check/Money Order
